I'd like to use my photos, how do I send to you?
What is your pricing based on?
Browse through our samples for some ideas or give us an idea of a card you want. From the initial contact, a date will be set up for meeting or email/instant messenger conversation. Once the order is reviewed, a price is quoted and the time frame is appointed. Upon review of the terms, a signed order form (found under order form on this web site) should be completed. A 20% deposit is required to begin any sketches. Within, an allotted time, drafts are drawn up for review. They can be emailed, or presented in person. In some cases, paper use, or physical visual viewing is necessary. The representative with take notes and send the design for rework to final.
I'd like to use my photos, how do I send to you?
You can email to the contact. Jpegs are accepted, no larger than 3 MB. If you are having problems and need to discuss with a Bunny and Clyde Cards representative. Just contact us and we will walk you through the steps. We pride our business on a personal, yet convenient service.
Drafts will be emailed, or presented in person. If emailed, they can be sent in Jpeg or PDF formats, no larger than 1 MB. When in some cases, for example, paper stock or type, bows, or some physical addition which cannot be relayed over the internet, is used, viewing is arranged.
What is your pricing based on?
We will quote you a price for the project. This project cost encompasses: the drafts, selection from the drafts, a reworking towards final, final for review (as long as all client wishes are met), confirmation by client of final draft, end product printed.
How do we ship the final product?
We prefer to ship UPS and USPriority Mail. Inquire if you'd like to use another service. Shipping charges are paid for by the client. This can all be discussed upon initial quotation.
